About Me

“As a man thinketh, in his heart…..so is he.”

Ever since I was a young boy, I have always had a drive to make money on my own. Whether it was having a newspaper route, selling popsicle’s at a parade, or mowing lawns, these small, yet significant moneymakers helped to prepare me in creating one of the most incredible opportunities. I now would like to share this dream come true with you! I hope you might catch the vision as I did when I came up with this unique idea. Please read what I have to say and browse my web site. If you are looking for more freedom, money, not multi level, instant financial reward, and being you’re own Boss, you too will jump all over this Business Opportunity!

TieGuy FamilyI am in my early 30′s and have been “The Tie Guy©” for well over a decade. I want to share how my life built up to this Great Opportunity.

During my early teens I learned first hand what an entrepreneur was. At age 12 I had a train of wagons that I filled with ice-cold soda and popsicles. I then hooked these 6 wagons to my four wheeler and pulled this thirst quenching load along the edge of parade routes. I observed how people flocked to me before others doing the same thing with just one cooler of soda. Why? Because I had more to offer and looked very ambitious with my decorated load! I started my own lawn care business at age 14. I was to young to be hired legally by any businesses around town. Now looking back, it was a blessing in disguise. Realizing that I had a few years before I could get “a real job” flipping burgers, or stacking lumber, I decided to put on a shirt and necktie. I walked around my neighborhood knocking on doors asking if I could mow and trim their lawn. Soon I had Realtors calling for my assistance on listed properties. I was mowing 30 plus lawns a week and found I needed to hire my friends to help. I learned at that age, I did not need to work for anyone else and I could create my own wealth! Friends who had “a real job” had to miss family trips, snow skiing, the movies, or just having the weekend free. Punching a time card and having a strict schedule, left little ability for freedom and good money. I made my own schedule. I never missed family vacations or spur of the moment thoughts to go golf, bike, etc. I was the boss! I could mow one lawn in an hour and make more than any of my peers could in over four hours at things they considered “a good job”. If I wanted more money, I just mowed faster! I share this lawn-mowing story because it helped to establish the foundation and personal education of why I started The Executive Clothing Business.

I was 21 years old, about to come home from New York City where I was serving a religious mission. Before leaving “The Big Apple”, I wanted to find a new opportunity making big income without sacrificing my life to get it. While in New York, I had befriended a family who owned a few large tie factories. This family would allow me to pick out 4 or 5 free ties on occasion. This experience gave me an idea! A light bulb went off in my head that was brighter than the noonday sun! Returning home to Utah, I though about a unique idea of creating a type of valet service. I could schedule appointments with offices and in the conference or board room, display a few hundred, all silk, handmade designer label neckties. Hmm…… it could work! I even thought that if ladies holdTupperware parties, I could also do neighborhood tie parties! I developed a great relationship with this family in New York and purchased 300 ties to start my business.

I called and scheduled my first office visit. I made the appointment with someone I knew there. ( Look at this real life example of Great Success!) Excitedly, I was lead to the conference room, were I laid out my 300 ties. Within minutes I had men and women surrounding the table interested in what I was offering. The room was humming with over 25 excited people looking at my inventory of ties. Word of mouth spread quickly! I sold 65 ties in about 45 minutes! Soon a gentleman came in who told me to run over and see the employees at another brokerage firm; “they are anxiously waiting to see the ties”. I gathered up my “money trees” and ambitiously headed for the office. I sold another 25 ties, then as before someone said, “My friend’s office wants to see you as soon as possible”! I ended up selling 95 ties in less than 3 hours! So much for becoming a stock broker! I took a small risk in buying 300 ties and look at my reward! Add it up for yourself. If your profit was only $7.00 per tie what is your net? You just made in three hours what most people do in 40 to 60 hours! Because of three unexpected appointments, I learned a great deal from what I saw. Incredible excitement, colleagues helping and encouraging each other to make “Tie Guy” purchases. I also could see from the several referrals I gathered up from my new clientele, they wanted others to benefit from my unique business! My new business exploded by word of mouth and referrals. I have to this day, never cold called one office! I made more money in College working my new business a few hours each week, then my professors!

In looking back getting my college degree was more for myself, and not because I felt it was so vital in getting a good job. I learned more selling ties to business people than college ever taught me! With my business, I learned skills that could only be taught out in the real world, not a classroom! I made more money in college, working my new business part time, than any of my professors. I learned quickyl that to find the quality that my customers wanted, to dress for success, I had to pay $18.00 to $35.50 wholesale depending on labels. Minimum quantities of at least 100 dozen. To make things even harder, I had to buy in dozens of each color and pattern. Most people don’t have tens of thousands of dollars to get started. It is a huge risk when spending at least $22,000 on a variety of only 240 ties! This meant big overhead and little profit. Department stores with several locations are the only firms which can handle this large overhead. Now with well over a decade of experience, TieGuy OfficeI have developed a way for people just like you to start this amazing business with less money than you could ever imagine. The cost you choose to charge your clients can be far less than most stores pay wholesale! You may wonder how this can be and if the ties are old, flawed, or fell off a UPS truck. The answer is no, I have now contracted agreements with this family and other owners of large tie factories. The factories I deal with produce neckwear for many high-end specialty men shops and department stores around the world.

So you may be thinking how could a 21 year old kid in college known as The Tie Guy© make more money working 15 to 20 hours a week than a college professor? It is simple…. learn more.

At age 27 I had my second home built in a neighborhood where I am definitely the youngest homeowner. I have more big boy toys than most 50 year olds, but the difference is, I have the time to play with them. I go on motorcycle trips all over Canada, Colorado, Idaho, and anywhere else my wife and I decide to go. I have had more vacation time in my young life already than most Americans have during their whole career and perhaps a lifetime. The freedom that this business has given me is as important as the money I make. What a blessing it has been to not feel the anxiety of having to push, push, push to make ends meet. Executives, women, professionals, and management want what this business offers: low key, fun for the office I visit, and in a professional manner. I offer a product the customer can see, feel, and understand. This business opportunity which can also be yours, has given me so much to be grateful for. I hope you will search and study my web site so you might learn the possibilities for the rest of your life.
